Start monitoring your thoughts

To help in being effective with creative visualisation initially, you should become aware of what you are experiencing internally, noticing your thoughts and the images, feeling and emotions they create as you go about your daily life. As you do you will start to notice these more often. You will be amazed at the thoughts, images, emotions and feelings you have when doing routine things; you will notice the negativity in conversations; the little things that people moan about and place so much attention and effort into. You will start to see why things are the way they are in your life; why the fertiliser isn’t working to grow the seed you planted (Thoughts), into the plants (Desires), you want!

By monitoring your thoughts in this way you will begin to understand yourself better, you will learn who you are. You will notice what brings up negative thoughts and feelings. You will become aware of feelings towards yourself and how they might be holding you back. This will enable you to change those thoughts to ones that create positive feelings and emotions, enabling you to work towards a more harmonious life and the things you want to experience.

Use your emotions as your inner guidance system. They are like an inner wisdom that can tell you many things about your experiences if you pay attention to them. They are valuable teachers and should be used all the time as a guide to move towards better feeling thoughts.

Meditation is also a great way to become self aware. There many types and forms of Meditation. The common feature between each technique is they all focus your awareness on what is going on inside of you. You should use Meditation in your daily routine or at least two to three times a week. There is an article on Mediation in the resource section.

Muscle Testing

Muscle testing is a method we use to uncover hidden beliefs, feelings and emotions we hold about ourselves. As the response is coming from our Subconscious mind (inner child) which can’t lie muscle testing has proved to be a valuable tool to uncovering our beliefs, emotions and feelings which we would otherwise not know we have. Once uncovered, we can then change them to our advantage, allowing us to move our lives on the way we want.Read More

Why Gratitude? Because it helps you appreciate the positive things in your life.

Gratitude turns the bad things into good. How often do you hear individuals complaining about problems at work? Be grateful for your job; the money coming in at the end of each month and the challenges you have. There is always something to be grateful for even when things don’t seem to be going that well.Read More

affirmations_lrg_greenWhat are Affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements made in the present tense designed to counteract a negative belief you currently hold. Affirmations support the changes you want to make in your life by directing ‘positive affirmed’ statements based on the area in your life you want to change. This is achieved by the repetition of these affirmation phrases. They can have profound effects as the changes start to take hold and break through your limiting thoughts and beliefs.Read More
