Now, using the list below test and check to see which are ‘beliefs’ and which are not:

I hate myself
I am empty
I am alone
I am abused
I hate people
I am guilty
Healers are evil
Money is evil
I am a hermit
I am weak
I am fat
I am nothing
I am inadequate
I am sad
I am unworthy
Life is a struggle
I have to suffer
It’s wrong to be happy
Money corrupts
I have to work hard for every penny
I am depressed
I am a failure
I hate my body
God hates me
I am ugly

You can now use these methods to muscle test all sorts of beliefs. And practise as much as you can to find which method suits you.

To reiterate, when testing for beliefs and feelings always state them as though you have them. This produces either a 'yes' or 'no' response which is what you are trying to do. For example, 'I am weak', 'money corrupts', 'I know what it feels like to live without fear', ‘money is evil’, ‘I know what it feels like to be wealthy’.

If you have not already done so, you should read the article on ‘Tapping’ to see how you can dig for ‘Bottom Beliefs. These are the beliefs that prop up others. By finding these and removing them you can save yourself a lot of time.

If you are going to use these muscle tests on other beliefs then you must avoid using words like “don’t”, “isn’t” and “can’t”. This is because the Subconscious mind doesn’t understand or accept such words.
