Many of you may have been introduced to the Law of Attraction through the Movie ‘The Secret’. Since its release many sites claim they know the secret behind the ‘Secret’ and why the Law of attraction isn’t working for you. If you know about the Law of Attraction then you know the secret; if you know that you engage The Law of attraction with your thoughts which are influenced by your beliefs, feelings and emotions then you know why it sometimes doesn’t work. The articles on this site have been purposely grouped together to help you rid yourself of limiting beliefs, emotions and feelings, enabling you to take back ‘Your’ control of ‘Your’ thoughts and ‘Your’ life, Being Free to do, be and have what you want!

OUR THOUGHTS CREATE

We all want to believe that we are free to create our own reality and we are. However how many of you realise that our thoughts are what create our reality, and our beliefs and habitual thinking mould our thoughts?

We understand that it is sometimes hard to control our thoughts and keep them on the things we desire drawing them into our experience. The articles on this site have been written to help you in changing the beliefs, habitual thinking and emotions that influence your thoughts, helping you to direct them towards the things you want.

There are articles that show you how to uncover your limiting beliefs, feelings and emotions that could be preventing you from achieving what you want in life; how you can change these to ones that are beneficial; methods to clear erroneous memories, how to relieve emotions like worry that aren’t supporting you.

The articles have been written so that you can use these techniques on yourself. They provide information on what is required; what the pitfalls are and examples on their use. We have also provided some other material to find and alleviate the ‘blocks’ that are preventing you from being, having and doing the things you want.

Our Conscious mind is unaware of more than 85% of what is held in our Subconscious, where our memories and beliefs are held. We draw on these when we make decisions, which inturn create our circumstances and determine how we perceive the world around us.

Because so few of us know what our ‘true beliefs’ are and how they influence our thoughts, many of us feel that our lives are not moving on the way we expect them to or want them to. This leads us to giving our situation a reason for it being that way. For example, ‘That’s just the way it is’, ‘I can’t change this because’, ‘it’s my circumstances’, and we generally give up trying to make the changes we really want.

However more of us now accept the view that our circumstances are created by us through our choices and therefore we can change them!

Nothing in your experience was created without it being a thought first!

Therefore our lives are ‘lived out’ through our thoughts which are influenced by our beliefs and it is these beliefs and thoughts that create our circumstances or put another way, they ‘mould them’ to our beliefs. Another way of looking at it is ‘Our beliefs influence our thoughts, therefore our choices and therefore our circumstances.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could take control of our thoughts and create our reality the way we want?
